Description
391.25(c)(2) requires a motor carrier to include a note including the name of the person who did it and the date for this review of the driver’s performance during the past 12 months. This is the third step after the driver has listed his/her violations and the driver’s MVR has been reviewed. This annual review must be included in the Driver Qualification file [391.51(b)(5)] and remain in the file for 3 years.
