Description
Motor carriers are required to verify that all new drivers or drivers used intermittently have the hours available to accomplish the work to be assigned. This includes asking the driver to report the number of on-duty hours they have had during the prwevious 7 days and what time they were released from the last duty staus. This form satisfies the requirement found in 395.8(j)(2).
